Blue Ventures was founded by Sachin S. Lodha, a visionary and seasoned real estate professional with over 20 years of experience. As a qualified civil engineer, he has always been a self-motivated and driven individual. In the early stages of his career, his primary focus was on acquiring comprehensive knowledge and mastering the intricacies of the real estate industry.
Blue Ventures Establishment
Sachin S. Lodha began working independently and collaborated with renowned real estate brands such as Aditya Builders, Xrbia, Saarthi Group, and SVB, among others. He played a pivotal role in the successful execution of numerous projects for these esteemed organizations. Driven by a larger vision, he took a significant step toward his dream by founding Blue Ventures, with the mission of providing exceptional quality living experiences for homebuyers.
